Porting to CMSSW_8_0_3

The code should compile and run under CMSSW_8_0_8.
We have to make sure that we have a set of tests to be run to verify it works.
Suggestions is to start from RAW data and produce ALCARAW, ALCARECO, ALCARERECO and ntuples.
