A new version of Console Tetris!
This version has a few fixes, additions, and improvements:

• added a dropdown prediction
• added dropping hand on space
• fixed score display not working
• fixed not being able to spawn a 'Z' hand
• improved game field to only have equal tile sizes

'a' to go left
'd' to go right
'q' to rotate clockwise
'e' to rotate counter-clockwise
