Changed some things around, less ticking commands, more scheduled functions. now contains a warning system in case the save chunks unload. somewhat experimental.
...otherwise the exact same for how placing blocks works. should totally work exactly the same as the other 1.16 Version.

Version 1.1

Bundled Phi in the download as well and fixed some bugs. It's made Future-proof and should work in 1.15-Snapshots as well.

Confident enough to call this the full release now. Version 1.0

Pre-Release 2

Changed some commands around. It's better optimized now. Over all it's gotten a bit smaller file size wise, which is always nice.
It will ignore item entities now when placing blocks.
