More or less feature-complete release. See updated readme for details.
I haven't done much testing, so this one is a pre-release, too.

Proof-of-concept

Being PoC, this version is not aimed to go beyond example in readme, but expected to work for 8-bit integer sources.

Releasing Windows binary with statically linked LLVM and Clang, since building for this platform is not trivial at the moment.
Linux users are encouraged to build from source.
