This application estimates bus arrival times to the bus stops in Downtown Seattle.

- Run
npm install
- Run
bower install
- Navigate to /Users/Guest/Desktop/bus-watch/src/app and create new file called
api-keys.ts
- Create a Firebase account if you do not already have one and navigate to your Firebase Console and create a new project
- API keys are stored in a file called /src/app/api-keys.ts. Refer to example-api-keys.ts in the root folder to see how you can reproduce this file. The application will NOT work without this file
Run ng serve --open
for a dev server. Navigate to http://localhost:4200/
. The app will automatically reload if you change any of the source files.
Run ng build
to build the project. The build artifacts will be stored in the dist/
directory. Use the -prod
flag for a production build.
Run ng test
to execute the unit tests via Karma.
Run ng e2e
to execute the end-to-end tests via Protractor.
Before running the tests make sure you are serving the app via ng serve
.
You will need the following items properly installed on your device.
- Node.js (with NPM)
- TypeScript
- Bower
- Web browser software application of your choice (e.g. Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, etc.)
- Angular CLI
- Bower
- Firebase cloud service
