Proposed feature

Help strings (before #76) were found by looking for keys in the YAML file. With the nested structure, this doesn't work. We should be able to parse the comments associated with keys in the [https://github.com/FCP-INDI/C-PAC/blob/master/dev/docker_data/default_pipeline.yml](default pipeline) and plug those comments in to the Help components.

Additional context

To keep this issue from blocking the update, I just hid all the help buttons in #76.
