New extension: Top-down infinite animated background

Description

This extension adds the ability to easily create top-down infinitely scrolling backgrounds, optionally with offset animation.

How to use the extension

If you put the behavior on a tiled sprite in a background layer, the tiled sprite will be resized to fill the game "inifinitely". In practice, this is an illusion and only the background layer camera moves when the player camera is about to reach the boundary of the background.
