#go-utils，内置数据结构的扩展
作为前python选手，转到golang之后最大的不习惯就是其内置的数据结构比较少，且内置数据结构预定义的操作也少。
同时也作为自己学习的过程，构建一些对内置数据结构进行操作的工具函数。
目前包括：
- RemoveDuplicate(in interface{}) error
- InSlice(value interface{}, array interface{}) (bool, error)
