Release Notes

This is the first release outside of the HangfireIO/Hangfire repository. Maintainers wanted to support the project, since I don't use and have no experience with RabbitMQ. The project is originally written by @dennyferra.

• Changed – Hangfire dependencies are not strict now.
• Changed – RabbitMq.Client package updated to 3.6.5.
• Changed – RabbitMq.Client.dll assembly merged with Hangfire.SqlServer.RabbitMq.dll.
