Fix Release Failure badge issue

The release badge should always be green.

When a new release is made sometimes the release may fail. If there are more number of failed releases, the badge will go red.

If it goes red, delete the failed releases from here : https://github.com/HexmosTech/Lama2/actions/workflows/release.yml
