This reverts commit 9cc6e27. Solution would ignore unused input bits and this may lead to linter warnings.
…eral_addr_w` The new attribute allows specifying the address width of the peripheral. Setting the correct width avoids verilog warnings.
Update iob_system scripts to handle python parameters passed by child core (iob_soc). Update py2hwsw version.

iob_soc.pypasses attributes to parent core (iob_system) via python parameters.This allows iob_system scripts to automate features from iob_soc attributes (like peripheral cbus connections).
