Use Nix import instead of symlink
- add simulation variables for remote simulation - use same variables for VIVADO suite
fix(xsim): variables for remote simulation
- the script was connecting rstn to multiple output ports if we have multiple axi interconnect interfaces
fix(fpga): connect rstn wire to 1st interface
- replace regfile_t2p with regfile_at2p, this version should be used with valid CDC control, like async fifo
fix(regfile): replace regfile_t2p by regfile_at2p
- update iob_nco module with new clock in domain, fix CDC problems
- NOTE: linux software is outdated
- add iob_axistream in and out modules, fix CDC problems
- NOTE: axistream in still needs better CDC for `axis_word_count` to
`NWORDS_rd`. Maybe use gray counter

Most new changes went to the py2hwsw repository (see IObundle/py2hwsw@e57e9be).
This PR makes the iob-soc's 'if_gen2' branch ready for future merge into the 'main' branch.
