Annotated Version of Schemas

A new directory (standards.iso.org.annotated) for annotating ISO schemas has been added to this repository. The purpose is to provide a working directory for augmenting element definitions included in the ISO schema files.

The ISO Explorer pages on the ESIP wiki provide a visual tool for assisting metadata creators with understanding and navigating the ISO 19115-3 schema. An automated process exists for writing element definitions from the schema files to ISO Explorer. We would like to augment the definitions in the annotated version of the schema files for use with ISO Explorer.
