Translation of new InnerSource Patterns into Brazilian Portuguese

Pull Request: Translation of the new InnerSource Patterns into Brazilian Portuguese.

Hello!

We would like to submit our translation of the new "InnerSource Patterns" for review and inclusion in the repository. This pull request includes the following files and changes:

• Translated all the new structured patterns into Brazilian Portuguese. The translation can be found under /translation/pt-br
• Adjustments to the translation dates of previously sent patterns.

Motivation:

We have translated the new patterns so that the material in Brazilian Portuguese is always up-to-date. We believe that this material is very valuable to the community.

Progress:

The translation has undergone initial completion and is now ready for the next phase of thorough review and revisions. While the primary content has been translated, there might still be areas that require fine-tuning for accuracy, coherence, and consistency. Your valuable feedback and suggestions will greatly contribute to refining the quality of the translated content. I am committed to working closely with the community to address any issues that arise during the review process.

I fixed a couple of broken links that the GitHub Action reported. Other than that the PR looks good from a technical perspective.

As I cannot review the translation itself, I would like to leave that decision to you. Once you are happy with the content just let me know and we can merge and publish this content.

Btw it would be great if you could disable the GitHub Pages build on your fork.
Currently I receive notifications about broken workflow runs.
