This release fixes #27 and #23.

Austriaadresshelper is now a requirement, because the JOSM plugin class loader only allows access to required plugins. This does not work though and will be fixed as soon as possible.

Added support for AustriaAdressHelper

AustriaAdressHelper provides reverse Geocoding for Austrian addresses. AreaSelector nur tries to use AustriaAdresseHelper to search for an address on the newly mapped building.

This setting is not yet enabled by default.

Update for JOSM compatibility

Updated to compatible with JOSM, because JOSM commit 10757 broke areaselector (see #25). Areaselector now works again.

Additional changes:
The distance tolerance can be provided as meters, not pixels now (see #20).
