Usage: sage-z-index(<key name>, <increment value>)

Initial increment levels must be in units 100 (unless negative, see below). For example, sage-z-index('raised', 100) will output 1100.

If more granular adjustment is needed, the smallest increment should be a factor of 10 (1110 and 1120) and never by 1 (1101 and 1102), unless using a negative value or to prevent a collision.

NOTE: The expected use for negative (decremental) values will be to lower their value behind a positioned parent. However, it is still recommended to remain within the guidelines whenever possible, to avoid a potential z-index collision.
