Update tracking

The only event that seems to have been firing is the sdk, which fires a signedInToKanoWorld event on successful sign in. This was causing duplication with the in-app event. Since all other tracking is handled by the app, and no other events are triggering this, it seems best to remove the listener to prevent any other rogue events firing. This commit introduces a new `saveLogin` method to `api.auth` to save the token that has already been acquired to `localStorage` and to `xStorage`. This seems to be more reliable, saves the sessionacross domains, and seems to fix the bugs that have been occurring recently. Fixes were made to the English step validation for Pixel Hack challenges to allow them to properly progress. Apply these fixes to the es_AR version of the app.

The instructions tell the user, in Spanish, to type the literal "elipse". Given that the users are unlikely to know the English word, asking them to fix a spelling mistake is quite a task. Spell this correctly.

If the user launches a share from one of the challenge pack pages on Kano OS and then clicks the "Back" button they were presented with a 404 page because Angular handles the page redirection instead of the server. Resolve this by returning the homepage (main Angular app) from the server when all routes of the form `/challenge/.*` are requested.

Resolve packaging issues for Debian Stretch.

The inspector was disabled in 7566ce4 because it was preventing errors created by 757edca from being correctly displayed to the user. This unfortunately has the side-effect that it is possible to launch the inspector with no way of being able to close it. Since the initial commit, the underlying webkit has been updated and seems to not suffer from the same problems so disable the inspector to prevent this.
