Tutorial on Ecological Dynamic Regimes and the R package 'ecoregime'

In this repository, you will find the materials for a tutorial on the identification, characterization, and comparison of Ecological Dynamic Regimes (EDR) using the R package 'ecoregime'.

This tutorial was presented as a Seminar organized by the EcoInformatica working group of the AEET.
