Initial release of the hybrid-cloud-amqp-operator. This operator is designed for hybrid-cloud, multi-teams kubernetes platforms to allow teams to deploy and manage their own AMQP message brokers via kubernetes without dealing with cloud provider specific provisioning.

With its first release the operator supports Azure ServiceBus as a cloud backend and can deploy RabbitMQ instances as a proof-of-concept for on-premise scenarios.

You can install the operator using helm by following the instructions in the project README.md.
