POI Plugin - Discord Rich Presence

Poi plugin update your discord status with a rich presence.

Installation:

git clone https://github.com/SSummer-UI/poi-plugin-discord-rich-presence.git && cd poi-plugin-discord-rich-presence
Install dependency with npm install
Copy the plugin into plugin directory under appdata\roaming cd .. && copyx poi-plugin-discord-rich-presence %appdata%\poi\plugins\poi-plugin-discord-rich-presence
