ci: yarn --ignore-engines

Resolves: error [email protected]: The engine "node" is incompatible with this module. Expected version "^14 || ^16 || ^17 || ^18 || ^19 || ^20". Got "22.9.0" ignore-engines is default behavior in newer yarn versions.
