Model parameters were re-fitted to data described in Minunno et al., 2016 after minor modifications. In addition to model described in Peltoniemi et al., 2015, it includes a CO2-modifiers based on the simulations with a more complex ecosystem model (Launiainen et al., 2015).

This version of the model is used in the manuscript Minunno F., Peltoniemi M., Härkönen S., Kalliokoski T., Mäkinen H., Mäkelä A. (submitted, Mar 2018) Data assimilation of permanent growth experiments and national forest inventory into carbon balance model PREBAS

This release was used by Minunno et al. (2016) in Bayesian calibration of the PRELES model to data of 10 boreal eddy covariance sites in Scandinavia. See article for details of calibration.

The release marked as pre-release due to the fact that it was made for the research purposes of the cited study, and lacks proper documentation.
