234 typescript protobuf support #263

What Changed?

Just like requested on issue Add support to protocol buffers for typescript #234, the protoc compiler and a ts plugin were installed to support the protocol buffers with typescript.
The command that converts the message formats in .proto files is included in the build command in package.json
