MultiSegPipeline 2.1.0

This release packages all the tools and executables that are needed to run the MultiSegPipeline.
It also includes the necessary files to run a tissue segmentation or subcortical structures segmentation.

Use AntsJointFusion as segmentation algorithm with the atlas_subcortical_roi_24mo
and ABC as segmentation algorithm with atlas_tissue_gm_wm_csf_24mo

MultiSegPipeline

This release contains the ANTs Joint fusion algorithm.
It provides the possibility to use QuickSilver registration algorithm via a Docker Container
