We have a template for measure tests. Here:
https://github.com/NREL/ComStock/tree/main/resources/tests/models

The models are from earlier versions of ComStock and should be updated to stay current with the workflow.

This issue is to update the models with a recent run, and edit the template as necessary to add further direction (README?).
