Added SimuCam Grounding Guide.
This release focuses on addressing issues tracked in JIRAs PLGSC-537, PLGSC-536, and PLGSC-527.
These issues are related to crashes in the internal SimuCam data bus. Modifications were made to the FPGA project to improve bus stability and eliminate potential issues.
The issues identified in JIRAs PLGSC-537, PLGSC-536, and PLGSC-527 were not reproduced in this new release. However, the NSEE team cannot fully replicate the LESIA testing environment. Final testing must be performed by the LESIA team to ensure that the issues are resolved.
