Download the zip file here on GitHub and run the following commands on your Business Central On-Premises tenant.
Be aware that there is only one difference between the On-Premises and SaaS version of Commerce 365 for Magento, and that is the way you install the software. Use Microsoft AppSource for SaaS, use the downloads here on GitHub for On-Premises.
