I am an Information Technology professional and Computer Engineering student at the University of San Francisco (USF), scheduled to graduate in 2024. I have a strong background in IT infrastructure and Systems Administration, with a broad set of technical and practical skills.

My technical skills include, but are not limited to:

• Operating Systems: Experience in Linux (Debian and Ubuntu) and Windows Server.

• Cloud Computing: Knowledge of AWS (AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner) and Microsoft Azure.

• IT Management: Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Active Directory and Group Policy, etc.

• Networking, Virtualization and Services: Configuration and management of Switches, Routers, Firewalls, TCP/IP and the OSI Model, Network Segmentation (VLAN), L2 and L3, DHCP, DNS, etc.

• Monitoring Tools: Use of PRTG for infrastructure monitoring.

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills.

• Other relevant knowledge: Familiarity with Database concepts (SQL and NoSQL), Programming Logic, programming and Scripting, etc.

My English level is advanced/fluent (C1-C2) and I have experience working with international teams, which allows me to communicate effectively and collaborate on global projects.
