Added TastelessCTF 7/12 Writeup

Primary areas of concern:

1. Not sure if images will render on Neg9 site, as no other writeups I found had any image examples
2. Not sure if ## headers will render well, as Neg9 uses a pre-generated # top header of the title
3. Not sure if I missed a location where the 'directory' of writeups is listed, or if that's dynamically generated from the directory listing
4. Please review humor/tone to determine if appropriate. Happy to trim areas and make the thing more 'serious' if preferable
