Reorganized repository as a Python package

This release has reorganized the scripts to facilitate the use of UFOManager as a Python package. Additional changes include:

• including specific requirement files to allow the creation of dedicated Python environments using conda
• increased validation checks during model validation
• generation of additional particle dictionaries for enriched metadata

Updated UFOManager with checks on metadata name

Following updates were implemented:

• Added checks to see if metadata file name matches any of the existing metadata files in UFOMetadata
• Added checks against search with SM particle names/Ids

First Stable Release of UFOManager Tool
