QBWA Capabilities

Core functions provided by QBWA

• Read Wild Apricot data to create an invoice, payment, or donation (sales receipt) transaction inside Quickbooks
• Configure "business rules" (mapping configuration) to define the proper Quickbooks accounts, inventory products, and classes to use for each transaction based on the source data inside Wild Apricot
• For Quickbooks Desktop, a properly formatted IIF file is created that may be imported to Quickbooks Desktop
• For Quickbooks Online, the transaction is created directly inside Quickbooks Online
• Exception line item Income account mappings are possible for invoices based on Wild Apricot ExtraCost fields
• Create Quickbooks customer if it does not already exist
