The FUSE functionality is completely broken in Kubo v0.24.0. See ipfs/kubo#10242.
Add a new test to check that accessing the Gateway socket also starts the daemon via socket activation.

While we're at it, also migrate the package to by-name.
Also add a new test to check that accessing the Gateway socket also starts the daemon via socket activation.
Also disable the broken FUSE test so that all enabled tests pass again. See ipfs/kubo#10242.
