Running diagnostics for the spectral element version of CAM

diag_run should automatically detect it the SE version of CAM so call the diag_run as before.

Examples (assuming you are in the bin directory of a clone of this repository):

./diag_run -m all -c <casename> -s 1 -e 10 -i </path/to/case>

or

./diag_run -m cam -c <casename> -s 1 -e 10 -i </path/to/case>
