sshproxy is a rather nice simple sshproxy server written in python. It allows you to setup one border SSH server which users can ssh into that to gain access to all the machine behind it. It offers a very nice set of programmable ACLs to control who has access to what. And best of all, the users don’t have to know any passwords for the machines behind the proxy, so revoking a compromised account is REAL easy.

The project itself hasn’t had much activity since march of 2008, and recently is having website issues. Thus I am pushing up a mirror of the git repo to protect it incase the site completely goes belly up.
