Update build.yml

This update is part of the new [dynamic build pipeline](https://github.com/PalladioSimulator/Palladio-Build-Nightly/tree/autogenerate) for nightly builds.

As discussed with @Nicolas-Boltz @larissaschmid

- Removed runner label (if necessary)
