Pathfinder Candidate code freeze

This is a code freeze release in preparation for the high-pressure oxygen experiment. It contains good candidates (AFAIK) for the both the OEDCS and stage2 code.

V0.1

This is not really a public release. I am tagging this because I did a major 3-day refactoring, and want to have this tag before I merge it back.

This version supported a high-temperature release. It is basically functional, although it needs more testing. In particular, Cooldown testing has not been tested.

This release does NOT include major refactoring that was driven by the need to make the code able to support a 3-heater machinery for a high-pressure test. I wanted to make sure the same code was used for controlling both kinds of stacks (or as much as possible.)
