Yes, its set to Windows for some ungodly reason, meaning that a BASH command doesn't work obviously

it does, just ignores bash?
this commit is made for ubuntu, but in fixing submodules windows was selected for some odd reason.

This is intentional. Why actions are breaking now I have no clue yet. But we have to use windows for the il2cpp building.
