Perhaps it's better to keep both the english and french translation?

Actually, it's supposed to stay english, it's a legal footnote made specifically so _any translation_ is invalid and whoever is running the site cannot be held liable in the court of law, the fact it's english is insurance that we wrote it.

So, do we keep them both? Or should I remove the French part?

It's up to you, you know french law better than I do, would there be a problem if it was just english?

Let's just follow the Toubon law and keep them both.
