Motivation

Tarmac uses old cookie registry keys and this can cause problems in more modern versions of roblox studio where there is no such registry key and it uses Windows Credentials if there isn't one.
Multi platform works on Windows and MacOS

Additional information

This replaces the original module with a mantle rbx_cookie cargo package
