Hi!
This PR merges the inclusion of a new classification method into KEEL.
This method is known as REX1 (http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0950705106000475), and was implemented as a practice of "Knowledge Engineering" subject from the (pre-Bologna process) Computer Engineering program at the University of Jaén, with the help of Salvador García.
This is an early implementation of the method, which can be interesting from an educational point of view, but it needs some refactoring and reworking that will be done in a near future.
