Version that includes a necessary file with the names of the iG scenes that can be used to simulate each BEHAVIOR activity.
Removed outdated Docker files (they are part of the behavior repository).

This is the final release of BDDL for BEHAVIOR / iGibson 2. It contains some missing object annotations, updates to the activity interface (matched in iGibson v2.0.6), and updates to documentation.
