Google fixed the issue, but we may want to merge anyway? Stay up to date? |

It looks like between the google fix and the update in ver 7.1.0 this is no longer an issue, you can use whichever 1.* series cloud storage library now? |

This gets us away from a versioning issue that Google introduced today. GoogleCloudPlatform/google-cloud-php-storage versions less than v1.7.1 no longer work. See googleapis/google-cloud-php-core@6f1b06c
