Description
update go to v1.21, released in August 2023.
Since cloudflared is about to be compatible with go 1.21 in #5850, we can now update go.
This is related to the following PRs
Requires an update of syncthing to be compatible with go 1.21.
Needed some other fixes for synocli-disk (cross/libewf for test-disk) and for synocli-file (tree, jdupes, ripgrep)
The following PRs are now obsolete
