What once was my personal dialy layout has since been picked up by XeroLinux. It was shipped as default in Xero's early ISOs.
-Importing the layout will give you the right sized panels and docks and place only widgets you have already installed.
-If you want don't care about matching the widgets, just import the layout and start arranging as you like.
-If you want to match how the widgets are laid out in the screenshot, install these before importing the Latte Layout and follow guide for arranging below.

-Right click a current Latte dock or panel and click Configure Latte
-Click the Layouts Editor tab in the top left
-Click Import in the bottom right and select 'From File' or press: Ctrl+Shift+I
-Browse to where you've unpacked the layout.latte file and select it
-If widgets are having issues showing up try logging out and back in or restarting
Left panel - (Separator - Present Windows Button)
Center panel - (Quicklaunch System Settings - Quicklaunch Dolphin - Separator - Window Title - Global Menu - Application Launcher* - Better Inline Clock - Spacer - Window Buttons - Spacer - Separator - System Tray)
Right panel - (Compact Shutdown - Separator)
Bottom dock - (Present Windows Button - Separator - Latte Tasks)
* Icon for application launcher is provided as "drill-down-icon-2.svg" Right click app launcher, Click Configure, click the current icon and then browse to the provided .svg
