Release 1 of 2020/01

This release states the different path we choose to implement the core than sunstrider:
Stick to TC's implementation including DB content as much as possible, instead of basing the core and then doing lots of customization of the core.

This approach give us the convenience of migrating the fixes of TBC content of TC to this core or vice verse, which allowing the core to benefit from the contribution of the TC community.

With this approach, the core will evolve easer and faster.
