1. Linter fixes …

   - Added reasonable default to hosts: ther lacked them
     - "None" is reasonable, as the play will immediately fail
   - Fixed yaml formatting for multi-line string assignment
   
   Removed plays due to deprecated role requirements:
   - ndlcinfo.yml
   - uclalib_dspace.yml
   - uclalib_fedoracamel.yml
   - uclalib_postgres.tml
   - oral-history/uclalib_oral-history_solr7.yml
   - sandbox/www.library.ucla.edu/localdev-build.yml
