What does this PR do?

Remove the Universal Render Pipeline and switch the project to the built-in render pipeline.

There is nothing this game needs from the Universal Render Pipeline.

I'd suggest doing less amounts of PRs, thus avoiding merge conflicts

it has to be reapproved after you resolve the conflicts, because thats another commit
