FWIW I've just fired up a BUILD.MD to put all the build instructions in - do you fancy moving these docs into there? I'll get to adding the Windows / Linux stuff too as some point soon |

Adjust images
For people who don't have a developer account, attempting to notarize doesn't work. I propose adding this optional flag `--skip-notary` to mac `assemble.sh` script which skips the notary process but still signs for local use. I've adjusted the build instructions to specify this. If the flag isn't in `$2` it will work as normal.

i've updated to use the build.md. Please note I've made a proposed change to the build mac script, adding an option to skip the notary process. Script call signature is otherwise the same. |
