0.1.0 - Polyphony

This version the installing of Bazaar, as it is dead.
Additionally, it bundles with a Composer 2.0 Preview build, which adds parallel downloads (Using Curl!).

This should in theory lead to much less Timeout problems on many hosts.

Please use the v0.1.0-pockethold.zip folder under Assets below.

Bundles with composer 1.7.2 (Latest Compatible with Pockethold).
