Version 0.3.0: The open source version of Residential District is 100% functional

• All Zaibatsu Missions
• I did some little changes using some briefs that are missing in original missions:

• "Fire Truck Fun":
  • First: Now if you destroy the cop car you're using before approaching
    the van, a unused brief will display on screen.
  • Second: Now the reward brief is properly displayed after finishing the mission.
• "Operation Z":
  • The SRS Meteor driver will pursue you after getting his car robbed. It
    doesn't feature in original because of a little mistake made by its
    designer.
